Online inquiry (RFQ) means a product inquiry, quotation request, project requirement, or other business cooperation request (Request for Quotation) submitted by a user through an FLM digital platform.
RFQ services are intended to help FLM understand customer needs and provide product consultation, technical support, quotations, and related business services.
2.7 Authorized Franchisee
Authorized franchisee means a partner authorized by FLM to provide product promotion, sales support, technical services, customer services, or other business support within a specific country, region, or business scope.
Depending on actual business needs, authorized franchisees may participate in certain customer service processes.
2.8 Third-Party Service Provider
Third-party service provider means a third-party organization engaged by FLM to provide professional services in support of website operation, information technology, system maintenance, customer service, market activities, data hosting, or other business operations.
Relevant third parties process related information only to the extent necessary to achieve agreed business purposes.
2.9 Digital Platform
Digital platform means websites, membership systems, online service platforms, mobile applications (if launched in the future), customer portals, online tools, and other digital services provided or operated by FLM.

FLM is an enterprise incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China in 2025. FLM is dedicated to building a global one-stop digital platform for flooring solutions, providing enterprise customers, partners, and industry users with product information, technical support, digital tools, and related services.
As its business develops, FLM has gradually expanded its operations across Asia and other regions, and will continue to expand its international business network according to business development to provide product and service support to customers in different countries and regions.

To better serve customers in different countries and regions, FLM may, according to business needs, work with authorized franchisees or other business partners to jointly provide products, technical support, project implementation, customer service, and other related business support.
The FLM website is operated centrally by Floormart Global Flooring Technology Limited. Depending on the specific business scenario, relevant products or services may be provided by FLM, authorized franchisees, or other business partners.
Where personal information processing is involved, FLM will, in accordance with this Notice and applicable law, work with relevant partners to adopt reasonable measures to protect the security of personal information, and will process related information only to the extent necessary to achieve business purposes.

Depending on your business needs, the inquiry content you submit may include business information related to the project.

As FLM conducts business in different countries and regions, in order to provide you with products, services, or related business support, your personal information may, based on actual business needs, be accessed, stored, used, or otherwise processed across different countries or regions.

Whether an international data transfer actually occurs, and who the recipients of the relevant data are, will be determined based on specific business needs.
8.3 How We Protect Personal Information in International Data Transfers
Where an international data transfer occurs, FLM will, in accordance with applicable law and taking into account the business scenario and related risks, take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.
Where necessary, FLM will require relevant recipients to process personal information in accordance with applicable law and the parties’ agreements, and to take appropriate measures to protect the security and confidentiality of such information.

FLM will take corresponding data protection measures for international data transfers based on the relevant business activities and applicable legal requirements, and will take additional measures as required by law where applicable law imposes further obligations.

This Chapter applies to international transfers of personal information involved in FLM’s conduct of international business.

Chapter 9 – How Long We Retain Personal Information
9.1 Retention Principles
FLM retains your personal information only for as long as necessary to achieve the business purposes described in this Notice.
The specific retention period for personal information will be determined comprehensively based on the relevant business scenario, applicable law, contractual obligations, and actual business needs.
When personal information is no longer needed to achieve the relevant business purposes and applicable law does not require continued retention, FLM will delete, anonymize, or take other appropriate measures in accordance with applicable law.

If applicable law requires continued retention of relevant information, FLM will continue to retain it within the scope required by law and take reasonable measures to restrict its further use.

Although FLM is committed to taking reasonable measures to protect personal information, no technology, network transmission, or information storage method can guarantee absolute security.
Accordingly, FLM cannot guarantee that personal information will be absolutely secure under all circumstances. However, we will take reasonable measures in accordance with applicable law to reduce related risks, and will take corresponding measures as required by law in the event of a personal information security incident.

11.1 How We Respond to Personal Information Security Incidents
FLM values the prevention, identification, response, and subsequent handling of personal information security incidents.
If an incident that may affect the security of personal information occurs, FLM will, based on the nature of the incident, its scope of impact, and applicable legal requirements, promptly take reasonable measures to control risks, mitigate potential impacts, and carry out subsequent handling as required by law.
11.2 Measures We May Take
Depending on the specific circumstances of the incident, FLM may take measures including without limitation:
- assessing the nature, scope of impact, and potential risks of the incident;
- taking necessary measures to prevent the incident from spreading further;
- investigating the cause of the incident and taking corresponding improvement measures;
- taking necessary security measures with respect to affected systems or businesses; and
- fulfilling relevant reporting, notification, or other statutory obligations under applicable law.
Specific handling measures will be determined based on the actual circumstances of the incident and applicable legal requirements.
11.3 How We Notify You
Where required by applicable law, and where a personal information security incident may affect your lawful rights and interests, FLM will notify the relevant individuals in accordance with applicable law by email, website announcement, in-site notice, or other appropriate means.

FLM will evaluate and improve related management measures based on incident handling experience, business development, and actual risk conditions, continuously enhancing its personal information protection capabilities and risk response capabilities.

Depending on the applicable law of your country or region, you may submit requests regarding FLM’s processing of your personal information. If you authorize another person to submit a request on your behalf, FLM may require corresponding authorization documents or other necessary materials.
12.4 How We Handle Your Requests
FLM will handle your requests within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable law, and will provide feedback on the handling results based on the specific circumstances.
If your request is relatively complex, or further verification is needed, we may contact you to request additional necessary information.
In general, FLM will not charge a fee for your lawful exercise of rights relating to personal information. However, if your request is clearly repetitive, exceeds a reasonable scope, or applicable law permits charging a reasonable fee, FLM may take corresponding measures in accordance with applicable law.
